The Casteel Pinot Noir is the only Bethel Heights Pinot Noir that carries our family name rather than a place name. This gives us considerable poetic license to select our favorite barrels from each vintage to express the pinnacle of that vintage at Bethel Heights.

Taste several vintages of the Casteel Pinot Noir with Winemaker Ben Casteel and explore the evolution of selecting and blending the components of this wine since his father initiated our “best of the vintage” project in 2002. Tasting will include the 2021 vintage, where a new direction was taken, as well as a tasting of the potential components of the 2022 vintage still in progress.
