This auction presents the rare first-time-ever opportunity to buy wines direct from the cellar of Grande Restaurateur Maguy Le Coze and Three-Michelin-Starred Chef Eric Ripert, of Le Bernardin. Maguy Le Coze and her brother Gilbert opened the New York version of Le Bernardin in 1986. When Gilbert passed away in 1994, Eric Ripert took over as chef de cuisine, and has helmed the restaurant ever since. It is one of the few restaurants in New York City with three Michelin stars, and has held a 4-star rating from the New York Times since 1986.

The wine collection of Eric Ripert and Maguy Le Coze focuses on the great wine regions of Europe, with a heavy tilt towards Burgundy and Germany. All the wines in this offering were stored professionally and bought on release.
