We are delighted to offer the first of its kind: an auction solely dedicated to Two Hands, and all lots are being sold at NO RESERVE. Admittedly, Australia is represented in the auction market mainly by one winery. But when Zachys tasted these wines our specialist team fell in love; we were so excited by them, we decided to make them their own auction!
So what is Two Hands? Two Hands was founded in 1999 by Michael Twelftree and Richard Mint with the goal of making a shiraz that broke the mold of Australian wine and showcased terroirs and regional vineyard characteristics from around the country. Two Hands’ first vintage was 2000. Since then, with an excellent critical reception, Two Hands has grown, with a winery and tasting facility opening in 2004. You’ll see that, when available, we included critics notes and scores to help guide you. The goal at Two Hands has always been to craft site-specific Australian wines, hence the sheer number of cuvees in this offering.
The wines in this offering all came direct from the winery. They were transported from Australia temperature-controlled and have never entered the retail or auction market, until today. For information on individual wines, we recommend going to TwoHandsWines.com.
