"Oh, but what a wine! The deep, transparent and magical nose wafts from the glass in a very sappy blend of red and black cherries, cocoa, grilled meats, black minerality, woodsmoke, fresh thyme and cedar. On the palate the wine is deep, fullbodied and nascently complex, with a great core, a properly reserved structure, exceptional focus and a very long, chewy and still quite primary finish. This is going to be an absolutely brilliant wine at its apogee...95." JG 1/13.
