"By the usual standards of the Drouhin Montrachet, this is an unusually powerful with absolutely no botrytis notes on the sous bois and truffle suffused nose. There is lovely delineation to the big-bodied flavors with a lovely underlying band of minerality which helps balance off the delicious, vibrant, wonderfully long finish. Along with the 1996 this is the best Drouhin Montrachet of the '90s...94." BH 4/15.
