"The 2010 Bousselottes is also very pure and sappy on both the nose and palate. The stunning bouquet jumps from the glass in a blaze of black cherries, plums, nutskin, raw cocoa, wonderfully complex soil tones and a deft touch of vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied and very precise on the attack, with great purity and sappiness at the core, fine-grained tannins and outstanding length and grip on the poised, focused and refined finish.
