96 Points, Stephan Reinhardt, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "From almost 100-year-old vines on Kimmeridgian marl and limestone soils, the 2014 Sancerre Edmond displays a very deep and mineral nose with herbal and stony favors. Extremely pure and mineral on the palate, this is a tightly woven, firm and mineral wine that is still restrained, but wow, what a combination of power and finesse! The finish is endlessly salty but also reveals that this wine is still bloody young." 10/16 #227

WE Top 100 Cellar Selections 2017 #43 95 Points, Roger Voss, Wine Enthusiast: "This is a classic of Sancerre—enormously rich, packed with fruit and a touch of vanilla. It is the fruit, though, that sings in this beautiful wine. Mango and peach blend with the crispest citrus flavors. The wine demands aging and is still young. Drink from late 2018." 10/17
