Through the Legend Vintage, Gérard Bertrand wanted to share extraordinarily rich stories of men, terroirs and wines. Testimonies of a rich past and unique expression of terroirs, these rare and precious bottles are an invitation to share intense emotions and moving memories. Legend Vintage 1900 Rivesaltes is of great complexity revealing notes of roasting, cooked and dried fruits.

Clos d'Ora is an exceptional site that sits precisely on a geological point of convergence between limestone and marl soils, in a unique zone of contact. It is a sanctuary dedicated to peace, love and harmony. Here, the earth is tilled by mule, and work on the vines is guided by intuition, feeling, and a connection with nature. Clos d'Ora 2015 is distinguished by its brilliant deep ruby color. Its character, powerful and elegant, is revealed on the palate by intense aromas of black fruits and subtle, melted tannins.

Château l'Hospitalet nestles in the heart of the protected rocky massif of La Clape, former island extremity of the Pyrenean mountain range. The Château now encompasses a hotel, a gastronomic restaurant, a tasting cellar, art space and boutique, and a rich offer of wine-based sensorial experiences. Château l'Hospitalet 2017 is a brilliant ruby. The intense nose is dominated by spicy and red fruit (strawberry) aromas. The mouth presents silky and fine tannins underlining the fruity freshness of this wine.

Situated in the heart of the Languedoc region in the South of France, it is Clos du Temple, born on the historic terroir of Cabrières, the cradle of rosé wines. As early as 1357, Cabrières wines were served at official banquets and were consecrated on the tables of the Sun King, endowed with the brilliant ""royally controlled"" appellation. Clos du Temple 2019 is a very pale and glittering rosé. Its nose reveals notes of ripe fruit (apricot, white peach), floral notes of rose and spicy green pepper aromas. On the palate, we find the same scents, with a delicate finish of blond tobacco.
