Durant Vineyards has been tending grapevines since 1973 in the famed Jory soil of the Dundee Hills. This lot contains three different Pinot noirs off our property that are each 100% Pommard clone. The vine age and the elevation of these three blocks makes the wines unique. The Bishop block is the original plantings of Pinot noir from 1973 situated at an elevation between 407’-478’. The Heron block of Pinot noir was planted in 1993 between 285’-331’ in elevation. Our Olivia Grace block of vines went in the ground in 2007 and is the highest block on our property at 599’-632’. We’re thrilled to offer you this deep dive into the Pommard clone from the Dundee Hills.
