Winemaker/geologist Mike Hallock’s mission has always been to create the most compelling Pinot Noir possible each vintage, exclusively from Carabella’s 100% dry-farmed vines. Established in 1996, this prime site in the northern Willamette Valley is comprised of rocky volcanic soils planted to 10 blocks of Pinot Noir.
Collect these rare library wines. Your lot includes three signed limited edition etched Jeroboams. Each features a design by artist Cara Hallock of a wildflower planted between vineyard rows. The cuvee created by Mike Hallock is unique to each vintage.
Also make room in your cellar for a 750ml horizontal of the legendary 2008 vintage! The Estate blend, the small lot Inchinnan, the inaugural Mistake Block and the feminine Eve’s Garden continue to gain complexity.
The lot winner will experience a guided vineyard stroll for up to 6 guests with winemaker Mike Hallock, exploring the geology, sustainable farming and native habitat. An al fresco library tasting under the trees follows. This striking Chehalem Mountains site has views of five volcanic peaks to the east.
