Each year we bottle a very small bottling from our best barrels to create our Sacre Coeur Pinot noir. This is a vertical of a bottle from each vintage from 2011 through 2016.
We are glad to host the winning bidder at the winery and do a mini blending experience to see what goes on behind the scenes to create this amazing wine.
