Chambertin and Chambertin-Clos de Bèze are adjoining vineyards situated primarily above 853 feet in elevation. Chambertin is located between the Latriicè and Clos de Bèze vineyards and above Aux Charmes on Route des Grands Crus in the Gevrey-Chambertin appellation. Chambertin is both a single climat and lieu-dit. The parcels are mid-slope, but at the upper limit for winegrowing on this hillside. 2005 is Domaine Dujac's first vintage from this plot.
