Dear Friends-

I am thrilled to present La Festa del Piemonte’s Charity Auction in partnership with Zachys Auctions. This collection of carefully curated bottles, most of them large formats, is the perfect opportunity to add wines with unparalleled provenance to your cellar. All of the wines have been sourced directly from the wineries, with the exception of two magnums, which come from my personal collection. 

La Festa del Piemonte’s Charity Auction has long supported children’s charities. We will do that again this year, with all donations going directly to The Child Life and Creative Arts Therapy Department at Kravis Children’s Hospital in The Mount Sinai Hospital. These children need your help. Please be generous.

About The Child Life and Creative Arts Therapy Department at Mount Sinai

Mount Sinai Hospital’s Child Life and Creative Arts Therapy Department helps young patients cope with their fears and anxieties by offering therapeutic activities tailored to meet their social, emotional, and educational needs. Familiar experiences such as play, art, school, and socializing with peers are offered to help young patients understand and cope more effectively with the often-overwhelming world of the hospital. Child Life provides music, art, pet, and play therapy to its diverse population of patients throughout New York City who receive patient care at various sites including inpatient units, the emergency department, the General Pediatrics Clinic for our underserved population, and the outpatient metabolic clinic.

Please note that winning bids represent commitments to make a donation of that amount to Mount Sinai Hospital. A Mount Sinai Hospital representative will coordinate payment of the donation to the hospital with the winning bidder. We will only be accepting in room bids once absentee bidding closes. Please enter your maximum bids prior to the close of absentee bidding.

This auction is being held under the auspices of the Vinous, in conjunction with Zachys. There is no buyer’s premium for this auction. All wines and virtual tastings in this auction are lying with Vinous or the donating wineries and will be fulfilled by Vinous or the donating wineries. Fulfillment is the responsibility of Vinous in conjunction with participating wineries and the end buyer.
