In addition to the wonderful lineup of fine wines on offer here this time around, the first 155 lots in this sale have been put up for auction by an exceptionally generous consignor to benefit The University of Alabama at Birmingham’s Juanita & William H. Van Matre Scholarship. Our consignor will be donating the majority of the proceeds generated from the sale of the first 155 lots to the scholarship! For context, the Juanita & William H. Van Matre Scholarship has been awarded each year since 1987 to a student with academic promise and financial need, with preference given to students coming from rural areas. The wines offered in support of this wonderful cause run the gamut from of the world’s best regions with big names all along the way!
